Michael FranklinChief Executive Officer
Michael Franklin, who began his career as a commercial roofing estimator 25 years ago, is an entrepreneur who has successfully worked through the booms and recessions of the construction industry. He knows firsthand how important both quality work and schedule are to his customers, and he meets or exceeds their expectations week in and week out. In 2010, he formed Ramon Franklin LLC, specializing in low slope commercial roofing assemblies, architectural sheet metal, and aluminum composite wall panel systems. Michael attended the University of Texas in Austin and graduated from Texas Christian University with a BBA in Accounting. When not working, Michael enjoys playing golf and cards, hanging out with friends, and going to both TCU and UT home football games.
Denver GreenChief Operations Officer
Denver Green applies his 12 years of hands-on experience in the commercial construction industry to managing Ramon Franklin's growth throughout the Southern U.S. Previously, Denver was the President of one of the nation’s largest commercial roofing and building envelope construction companies and always keeps the customer's best interests at the forefront. His affirmative leadership among the company's tradesmen at all levels distinguishes Ramon Franklin as a contractor who is committed to excellence. In his spare time, Denver enjoys spending time with family and friends, often at Lake Eufaula, and searching for real estate investment opportunities.
Hunter GreenVice President of Estimating
Prior to joining Ramon Franklin in fall 2015, Hunter spent more than five years in the field as project manager before becoming Senior Estimator for a large commercial roofing company. Hunter studied Civil Engineering at the University of Mississippi and is also a 2015 graduate of the NRCA University’s, Future Executives Institute (FEI) program that is accredited through Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. When he is not reading specifications and blueprints, Hunter enjoys hunting, fishing, and most outdoor sportsmanlike activities.
Joe AyalaVice President of Waterproofing
Joe has over 7 years of waterproofing management experience. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science. He has lead his teams through the successful completion of several award winning projects which included the receipt of a TEXO’s National Eagle of Excellence Award, and a NRCA Gold Circle Award for Services provided in Oklahoma’s Tornado Recovery in May 2013.
Donald AbellVice President of Sheet Metal
With over 35 years of hands-on experience starting from entry level apprenticeship and working all the way to owning an architectural and ornamental sheet-metal company. Donald holds levels of experience that include all capacities for the high profile building envelope scope. With decades of personal skills as a Master Sheet Metal Engineer; including layout and pattern development, fabrication, erection, design, AutoCAD drawing, turn-key operations manager, estimating and sales, and even sheet metal consulting.
